Mini Colour Changeable LED Plinth / Deck Light (Waterproof IP67, 12vdc)

Our Litewave ® Mini Plinth Lights are 304 Stainless Steel and completely waterproof (IP67) allowing them to be used in a multitude of applications, such as; Plinth Lighting in the Kitchen, the Bathroom Floor, Walls, Ceiling, or even around the shower tray. They can also be used outside the house in Steps or Decking, the Stainless Steel ensures they will not rust.

Used on it's own it can display 7 Colours; White, Blue, Green, Red, Purple, Pink, Yellow, and Cyan by connecting the wire for the corresponding colour you require.

These lights don't t get hot so can be mounted in wood and plastics.

*If you connect them to one of our controllers (see below) it is possible to be operated via wired remote (ZAP), wireless remote (ZEN), or by Smartphone or Tablet. These allow the power to be switched off, with auto resume of last setting when switched on again at the light switch.

The auto resume makes it possible to use a PIR (Motion) Detector in the ceiling so the lights switch on when somebody enters the room and off again on a preset time when the room is unoccupied.

Connection guide for the Plinth Lights

Although they draw little power, they will provide a reflected glow from walls and ceilings, enough for most people to see around the room.

The Spring Clips on the side of the light hold the LED in position. For installations in showers or wet rooms we recommend applying a small bead of silicone to the back of the light before pushing into place, this will prevent water ingress behind the surface the light is fitted to.

Each one of these lights is fitted with twin 500mm wires with quick connectors allowing one light to be plugged into another, with a distance of up to nearly 1 Meter between each light, we supply 1M extension Cables (below) if you need more space between each light. This makes installation easy with only the first light in the chain needing to be connected to the Power Supply or the Flexi Driver.

You can have just one light in the installation or a chain of them displaying the same colours at the same time, if additional Flexi Drivers are used different Zones can be created for independent colours. They will work in conjunction with our other LED Mood Lighting products for a complete lighting network, all controlled via one Remote Control.
