The latest version in our Plinth Light range this Plinth Light has a polished 304 Stainless Steel bezel with a non-glare frosted glass lens.

It is waterproof to IP67 (temporary submersion under water) making it suitable for use indoors or outdoors in decks, steps, plinths, showers, floors, walls, and ceilings.

Used on their own they can display 7 Colours; White, Blue, Green, Red, Purple, Pink, Yellow, and Cyan by connecting the wire for the corresponding colour you require.

These lights do not get hot so can be mounted on wood and plastic surfaces.

If you connect it to our Flexi (2.1 Million) Colour Driver the colour range will be virtually unlimited with gradual smooth colour sweeps which can be frozen on any colour.

We have additional controllers (see below) that allow them to be operated from an Infra-Red Remote, or our Lightbox (Smartphone / Tablet Controller)

The pictures on the right show the Plinth Lights being used with our Lightbox (£49), it allows you to select the colour onscreen by using the free App.

Connection guide for the Plinth Lights

Although they draw little power, they will provide a reflected glow from walls and ceilings, enough to see around the room.

The Spring Clips on the side of the light hold the LED in position. For installations in showers or wet rooms we recommend applying a small bead of silicone to the back of the light before pushing into place, this will prevent water ingress behind the surface the light is fitted to.

Each one of these lights is fitted with twin 0.5M wires with quick connectors allowing one light to be plugged into another, with a distance of up to nearly 1 Meter between each light.

Also available below, are extension cables from 1M to 10M. This makes installation easy with only the first light in the chain needing to be connected to the Colour Controller

You can have just one light in the installation or a chain of them, displaying the same colours at the same time, if additional Flexi Drivers are used, different Zones can be created for independent colours. They will work in conjunction with our other LED Mood Lighting Products for a complete lighting network, all controlled via one Remote Control.

10 of these left on white 24 hours a day would draw just 7.2 watts, costing around 20p a week to run

This is a compact effective light source at a reasonable price.

The cut out hole size required for these lights is just 24-25mm
