Polycarbonate LED Profile - Waterproof for Showers & Outdoors

Designed specifically for use outside or in very wet or damp areas to protect our rigid LED Strips and Flexible LED Strip.

The profile is presented in an attractive gloss white finish. At first glance the profile looks like it is made of a consistent white polycarbonate but when the lights are switched on it is apparent that one side is opaque which allows the light to pass through whilst concealing the Light strip behind it.

The milky polycarbonate gives the light a linear neon type look to it

For dotless lighting - we highly advise using our 120 LED/M Strip shown towards the bottom of the page in the suggested items section. It has additional on-board drivers not found on the majority of Strips sold elsewhere, it's designed for longevity.

Once the LED Strip has been inserted into the profile the ends caps can be fitted with a bead of silicone around them and the hole where the wire passes through making the profile waterproof.

The profiles can be fitted vertically, horizontally or even set between tiles or stones / slabs.

For a Neon look we highly recommend using our 24vdc Constant Current RGB LEDStrip with 60 LED/s Per Metre in this profile. It will provide a long trouble-free lifetime.
