Dotless Roof Lantern Lighting Kit, Colour Changing

This is our 'Neon' look Roof Lantern Lighting system. The light whether viewed directly or seen from reflections in the glass of the lantern will appear dotless. For best results use with our Plaster-in Profile or Wall Uplight Profile with Frosted Diffuser. This will insure no dots even at low brightness levels.

It allows for installation in the upstand of the Roof Lantern to create a band of light by using with our Plaster-in profile available to order separately (further down the page). Or to light upwards towards the glass by using within LED Coving such as our Wall Uplight Profile (further down the page).

Choose from a Bluetooth or WiFi Controller (select which you prefer), both can display over 16.7 million different colours, simply select the colour on the screen of your smartphone or tablet using our freely downloadable app.

The high quality LED Driver (PSU / Transformer) included allows the system to be connected to a standard lighting circuit, and operated from a normal light switch.

There are 18 different kits to choose from, each offering a different length and width to accommodate any size of Roof Lantern, if the sizes you require are not listed that is no problem just call us. The Kit consists of 4 x COB Strips with 10cm leads pre-wired, the Lightbox Colour Controller, and appropriate LED Driver to supply a safe voltage to the lights.

The kit can be trimmed to fit your lantern, for example if your lantern is 2.4M x 1.5M, choose the 2.5M x 1.5M and simply trim the strip at the 2.4M section along the black line. There are cutting points at 10cm intervals.

This system can be plugged into a socket or wired directly to a lighting circuit, you can even use a PIR (Motion Sensor) for automatic switching of the lights, see suggested products below.

• Both the Lightbox and WiFi Controller have last setting recall, which means when switched on from a Light Switch or Motion Sensor the lights will automatically light up on their last setting.

• Expandable, control with the same App as for outdoor lights, or lights in other rooms.

• Synchronise colours with lights used eleswhere such as the garden by using our WiFi Control.

Not all Roof Lanterns have a cornice or ledge to fit the lights. For an easy retrofit option we stock a purpose-made product. It is constructed of Aluminium and is primed ready for painting. It can easily be fixed to the upstand (wall) below the roof lantern. The lighting strip simply sits in the ledge of the Aluminium with a clear or frosted protective.
