3w LED Fibre Optic Star Lights Kit - Colour Changeable

Our latest Fibre Optic Star Light Kit features a high quality Constant Current Colour Changeable 3w RGBW LED Projector assembled in the U.K. It is IP67 (Waterproof) making it suitable for use indoors or outdoors.

4.3 Billion Colours. Unlike the cheap Chinese versions on the market, our 3w system is energy efficient, silient, reliable, and produces a 200% brighter star effect than the Chinese 12w Projectors we tested.

The Optical Fibre Harness is also waterproof making it suitable for use indoors or outdoors, in decking, between grout lines in porcelain tiles. The Transformer should be placed indoors or in a waterproof enclosure.

When it comes to illuminating End-Lit Fibres a relatively powerful LED equivalent to a 30w Halogen is capable of producing a very effective star effect. Due to the way the human eye perceives points of light a power hungry 50w or 100w halogen is not necessary and would be a waste of energy.

There are 10 kits available, each a different length, with a different number of stars.

No Twinkle - We decided against this for reliability.

When choosing the length of Fibre please bear in mind if the projector is to be located at the centre of the ceiling, it will give you double the span. This means a 3M Kit will give a span or diameter of 6 Metres, a 4M kit will give an 8 Metre Span, a 6M kit a 12 Metre Span,and a 10M kit a 20 Metre Span.

Each Kit includes the Projector, Fibre Optic Harness (this is the bundle of Fibres, In-Line 12vdc Power Supply (Transformer) with Mains Plug (this can also be hardwired to a Light Switch or Sensor by an Electrician.

Choose either a Bluetooth Lightbox Smartphone/Tablet Controller, or Wi-Fi Lightbox Smartphone Controller.

Both colour controllers provide a choice of 4.3 Billion colours via a Free App. Full control is available over brightness, and colour intensity. There is also a speed control for the colour phasing option which can be set to a few minutes or hours. The controller automatically resumes the last setting when switched on at the power.
